The Role

As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you’ll be a key part of our European sales team, reporting directly to our VP of Sales, Daniel Seehausen (based at our HQ in Denmark). Your main responsibility will be growing the business in your region by identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll be in the driver’s seat – developing a clear sales activity plan, contacting new leads, setting up and executing product demonstrations, and closing deals. The job is a mix of field work and remote collaboration:

  • Approx. 3 days a week on the road visiting potential customers and conducting demos
  • Approx. 2 days a week in your home office following up and planning ahead
  • Attendance at tradeshows, exhibitions, and customer events

You’ll be supported by a local Business Development Representative, based in the Netherlands, who will assist with lead generation and demo scheduling. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the organization, ensuring alignment on customer goals and company objectives.

You will manage your sales activities using our CRM system (HubSpot) and participate in weekly team calls and quarterly meetups with the wider European sales team. You’ll also be responsible for onboarding and training new customers once the deal is closed.

  • Passion for the sports industry and an interest in technology
  • Experience in field-based business development or sales
  • Ability to handle multiple opportunities at once
  • A proven track record of success
  • Experience using a professional CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

You work independently, are structured in your approach, and take pride in your work. A natural team player, you also know how to make things happen on your own.
